1. Definitions

  • "Bee PH" refers to the mobile application and services.
  • "User" refers to any individual who downloads, accesses, or uses the Bee PH app.
  • "Loan" refers to the financial product offered through the Bee PH platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Bee PH services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a Filipino citizen or permanent resident
  • Have a valid government-issued ID
  • Have an active mobile phone number

3. Loan Terms

  • Loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment terms are determined based on your credit assessment and VIP status.
  • All loan details including the principal amount, interest rate, processing fee, and repayment schedule will be clearly disclosed before you confirm your loan application.
  • By accepting a loan offer, you agree to repay the full amount according to the agreed schedule.

4. Repayment

  • Loan repayments must be made on or before the due date.
  • Late payments may result in additional charges and may affect your credit standing and VIP status.
  • Bee PH offers various repayment channels for your convenience.

5. Data Privacy

  • Bee PH complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
  • Your personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and loan application.
  • You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bee PH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except as required by law.

8. Amendments

Bee PH reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the app or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
