Terms and Conditions

Bee PH is a lending company duly registered with and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines. By accessing or using the Bee PH mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
- "Bee PH" refers to the mobile application, website (cashb.ph), and lending services operated under SEC Registration No. CS201912321.
- "User" or "Borrower" refers to any individual who downloads, accesses, or uses the Bee PH app and services.
- "Loan" refers to the financial product offered through the Bee PH platform.
- "OLP" refers to the Online Lending Platform, as defined by SEC Memorandum Circular No. 19, Series of 2019.
- "Processing Fee" refers to the fee charged for processing a loan application, capped in accordance with applicable SEC and BSP regulations.
- "APR" (Annual Percentage Rate) refers to the total yearly cost of borrowing, including interest and fees, expressed as a percentage.
- "EIR" (Effective Interest Rate) refers to the actual interest rate on a loan after accounting for compounding and fees.
2. Eligibility
To use Bee PH services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a Filipino citizen or permanent resident of the Philippines
- Hold a valid government-issued identification document
- Have an active Philippine mobile phone number
3. Loan Terms and Truth in Lending Disclosure
In compliance with Republic Act No. 3765 (Truth in Lending Act), all loan details will be clearly and conspicuously disclosed to you within the Bee PH app before you confirm your loan application, including:
- Principal loan amount
- Interest rate (nominal and effective)
- Annual Percentage Rate (APR) and Effective Interest Rate (EIR)
- Processing fees and all other charges
- Penalty charges for late payment
- Total cost of credit
- Repayment schedule and due dates
Interest rates and fees are subject to the ceilings established by BSP Circular No. 1133, Series of 2021, and SEC Memorandum Circular No. 3, Series of 2022. No loan will be disbursed without your explicit confirmation and acceptance of the disclosed terms.
4. Repayment
- Loan repayments must be made on or before the due date as stated in your loan agreement.
- Late payments may result in penalty charges as disclosed in your loan terms, and may affect your credit standing and VIP status within the app.
- Bee PH offers various repayment channels for your convenience, which are displayed within the app.
5. Credit Information Sharing
By using Bee PH services, you consent to the following in accordance with Republic Act No. 9510 (Credit Information System Act):
- Bee PH will submit your basic credit data (including loan amounts, repayment history, and defaults) to the Credit Information Corporation (CIC).
- Bee PH may access your credit information from the CIC as part of the loan evaluation process.
- You have the right to access your own credit information held by the CIC and to dispute any inaccuracies. To file a dispute, visit the CIC website at https://www.creditinfo.gov.ph.
6. Data Privacy
- Bee PH complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the guidelines issued by the National Privacy Commission, including NPC Circular No. 20-01 and NPC Circular No. 2022-02.
- Your personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data.
7. Collection Practices
In compliance with SEC Memorandum Circular No. 18, Series of 2019 (Prohibition on Unfair Debt Collection Practices), the following practices are strictly PROHIBITED:
- Use or threat of violence or criminal means to harm the borrower, their reputation, or property
- Use of obscene language, insults, or profanity in communications
- Contacting persons other than the borrower, except for co-makers, guarantors, or persons voluntarily provided as references by the borrower
- Contact-shaming — disclosing the borrower's debt to unauthorized third parties, including contacting the borrower's phone contacts to pressure repayment
- Making collection calls or sending collection messages before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM
- Collecting any amount not expressly authorized in the loan agreement
- Use of collection agencies or third-party collectors not authorized by the SEC
Our commitments:
- All collection personnel, whether in-house or third-party, are required to disclose their full name and identity during every contact with a borrower.
- Bee PH is fully responsible for the conduct of any third-party collection agency engaged on our behalf.
- Violations of these collection practices may be reported to the SEC or the National Privacy Commission.
8. Account Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time. To submit a request, visit our Account Deletion page.
- Deletion requests are processed within thirty (30) days.
- Data subject to legal retention requirements (as specified in our Privacy Policy) will be retained for the required period and then permanently deleted.
- All other personal data will be permanently deleted upon processing your request.
9. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and loan application. Providing false information may result in the denial of your application and may constitute a violation of applicable laws.
- You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bee PH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except as required by applicable Philippine law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Amendments
Bee PH reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Bee PH app or website. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
